Top Terrorist Sympathizer Declares, "War Is Lost"
This pathetic excuse for an American has declared that the war is lost and the surge isn't working.
Perhaps Harry Reid doesn't realize that the "surge" hasn't occurred yet. There was a holdover from some units, but the troops that are to make up the "surge" have not been deployed yet. The mere mention of a surge caused violence to drop significantly. Yesterday there was rash of car bombings that killed 100+ Iraqi's, but they killed each other, not our soldiers.
Things are not going to get better until we deal with that problem east of Iraq. Ignoring the problem will not make it go away. Ostriches hide their heads in the ground, we should have a higher regard for ourselves. As John McCain was singing today, bomb-bomb-bomb, bomb-bomb Iran.
