Supreme Court Upholds Late-Term Abortion Ban

Today, in a 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld the late-term abortion ban that has been in effect since 2003. It was never followed because lower courts kept ruling the law unconstitutional. The law prohibits abortions after 12 weeks unless medically necessary. Thank You George Bush for nominating judges with common sense.

I think it's just appalling that some filthy little animals see the need to murder a baby because it isn't convenient. Abortions wouldn't be necessary if people would teach their kids personal responsibility and hold them accountable for their decisions. But then again, we are slowly becoming a nation of enablers and no one will be able to do anything without the government's help, and then our way of life will be gone.
