Obama's Panties Get Twisted

In a general remark from President Bush about the failures of appeasement, Obama so vainly believes Bush was talking about him. So Obama does what Obama does best, he cries about it.

President Bush's comment:

Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with the terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along.

We have heard this foolish delusion before. As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: 'Lord, if I could only have talked to Hitler, all this might have been avoided.' We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.

There was nothing specific about that statement. If anything, he was talking about Western European countries and liberals (such as Dhimmi Carter).

Now it's time for Obama to cry:

It is sad that President Bush would use a speech to the Knesset on the 60th anniversary of Israel's independence to launch a false political attack.

George Bush knows that I have never supported engagement with terrorists, and the president's extraordinary politicization of foreign policy and the politics of fear do nothing to secure the American people or our stalwart ally Israel

If you weren't paying attention when Obama said he would hold direct talks with a state-sponsor of terrorism, Iran, then you're probably a nutjob Obama supporter.

Oh, today he calls Israel a stalwart ally, yesterday he calls them a constant sore.

JG: Do you think that Israel is a drag on America’s reputation overseas?

BO: No, no, no. But what I think is that this constant wound, that this constant sore, does infect all of our foreign policy.

Hamas <3 Obama

"I hope Mr. Obama and the Democrats will change the political discourse," Ahmed Yousuf, chief Hamas political adviser in the Gaza Strip, said in an interview with myself and radio host John Batchelor broadcast on WABC in New York.

"I do believe [Obama] is like John Kennedy, a great man with a great principal. And he has a vision to change America to make it in a position to lead the world community, but not with humiliation and arrogance," said Yousuf.

Yousuf told us that Obama has "a vision to change America to make it in a position to lead the world community but not with humiliation and arrogance."

Asked about Obama's repeated condemnations of Hamas, calling the Islamist group a terror organization, Yousuf replied, "I understand American politics, and this is the season for elections, and everybody tries to sound like he's a friend of the Israelis ... so whatever [the] Israelis didn't like they will take from all those candidates."

Ohio Attorney General Dumbass Dann Finally Resigns

It took the filing of impeachment by his own party to finally convince him to resign. He has been a disaster and embarrassment to this state since the day he was elected. He appointed his unqualified buddies to posts, stripped contract from companies that supported his opponents, extra-marital affairs, and just being a loser.

Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann announced he was quitting Wednesday during a late afternoon press conference with Gov. Ted Strickland by his side.

"Unfortunately, the last step I must take as attorney general to resolve these problems is to resign as attorney general," said Dann as he read from a prepared statement at the governor's Statehouse cabinet office. "It is my belief that this will preserve the great work being done by the office of attorney general."

While Dann left and did not take questions from the reporters assembled, Strickland answered questions from the media.

Strickland said Dann "has come to realize the seriousness of the situation" as "growing recognition from around the state" piled up asking for him to leave.

The governor defended the actions of Ohio Democrats to shun Dann as well as push articles of impeachment in the Ohio House. "This was not the failings of a party," Strickland told reporters. "I think the party responded strongly and forcefully to clean our own house."

Dann's office has been in turmoil during a sexual harassment probe that concluded early this month with the firing of two top managers and the resignations of two others. Dann, the embattled attorney general who took office in January 2007, also announced on May 2 that he had an extramarital affair with a 28-year-old staffer.

Interesting Display At Lowe's Home Improvement Store

Tonight, I was at Lowe's in Sandusky, OH, picking up some items. As I walked to the register, I see a big cardboard display containing various US Flags and banners. THE DISPLAY WAS IN SPANISH!!! It made me sick to see it. I'm sure if I would've looked closer, the flags were probably made in China.

On a side note, something that did make me almost physically ill:

I was at Wal-Mart this morning getting a prescription. There was a rather large woman in front of me. She was wearing white stretchy pants that were stretched to the max, and by max, I mean almost transparent. She wasn't wearing underwear. I nearly vomited in the aisle.

Why could it not have been a gorgeous woman?

Iranian Madman Says Israel To Be Swept Away Soon

Blah, Blah, Blah. The whole death to Israel thing is getting old and monotonous. Swept away, wiped off the map, or whatever new catch phrase the little monkey can make up is just blather. I doubt Israel would have any reservations about sending a nuke to Mecca...and that is why no large scale attack has taken place.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tuesday that Israel would "be soon swept away" from the Palestinian Territories by the Palestinians. It is the second time within less than three years that the Iranian president predicted the eradication of the Jewish state.

The first time was in 2005 when Ahmadinejad hoped that Israel would be eradicated from the Middle East map.

"This terrorist and criminal state is backed by foreign powers, but this regime would soon be swept away by the Palestinians," Ahmadinejad said in a press conference in Tehran.

Referring to worldwide celebrations for the 60th anniversary of Israel's foundation, he said that "it would be futile to hold a birthday ceremony for something which is already dead."
