Is There Anything More Spectacular

...than seeing the space shuttle lift-off. I rarely get to see it, but am captivated when I can.

The first time I remember anything about the space shuttle, was the space shuttle Challenger explosion. I was a wee lad in elementary school. The playground supervisor, an Englishman named Mr. Peoples, told me about it.
